How long we keep information

If you sign up for the newsletter or paid subscription we will keep your information for as long as you remain a subscriber.

We will delete your information within 1 month if you unsubscribe from the newsletter. We will delete your information within 12 months if you unsubscribe from a paid subscription.

You can unsubscribe, close your account or update your details at any time.

Who we share information with

We only share your information with providers who help manage our services. We will never share your information with other third parties. The providers we use are:

• Memberful to manage subscriptions and payments. Memberful collect your name, email address, payment details, location and subscription status. View Memberful’s privacy policy.

• Klaviyo to send email newsletters. Klaviyo collects your email address, email and website activity. View Klaviyo’s privacy notice.

• Stripe for payment processing. View Stripe’s privacy policy.

Lawful bases and data protection rights

Under UK data protection law, we must have a “lawful basis” for collecting and using your personal information.

We only collect information with your consent. Consent is given through the cookie notice, and acceptance of the privacy policy and terms of use when signing up to email or a subscription. You can withdraw consent at any time.
